A Van Full of Potential.
It started with a conversation. Coach Phillip Braxton had athletes with ability, drive, and real potential. What he didn’t have was an easy way to get them in front of the people who could change their lives.
So we loaded up a van and drove to campuses across the Southwest — Arizona State, U of A, UCLA, San Diego State, and USD — letting these young men walk through gates and see college for the very first time.
15 student-athletes generated college recruiting interest. Several received offers. Every single one came home knowing something they didn’t know before — that this was possible for them.
Right now we rent a van at $850 a weekend. We want to own one. A dedicated NBF vehicle that exists for one purpose: continuing our mission to drive student-athletes directly to college campuses — expanding the sports we serve, the schools we reach, and the number of kids who get their shot. No more rental fees eating into what could go toward more trips and more exposure. Just a foundation vehicle built around this work.
