Data Deletion Policy

National Boosters Foundation respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains what data we collect, and how you can ask us to delete it. If you have ever contacted us, signed up for updates, donated, or messaged us on WhatsApp, this policy applies to you.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us — such as your name, email address, and phone number.
• Messages and conversation history when you contact us through WhatsApp or other channels.
• Records of donations, event registrations, or membership, where applicable.
• Basic technical information collected automatically when you visit our website.

We store this information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, azboost360, and use it only to communicate with you and support the work of the Foundation.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time, free of charge. To make a request:

1. Email us at contact@boostersfoundation.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Include the name, email address, and/or phone number associated with your records so we can locate your information.
3. Tell us what you would like removed — all of your data, or a specific part of it (for example, your WhatsApp conversation history).

Deleting WhatsApp data. If you contacted us through WhatsApp, you can also stop us from messaging you and request removal of your conversation history by replying STOP in the chat, or by sending a deletion request to the email above. We will remove your WhatsApp contact and message records from our CRM.

What Happens After You Request Deletion

• We will confirm we received your request, usually within a few business days.
• We will delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep certain records (for example, donation or tax records).
• We will let you know once your data has been deleted.

Data Held by Third Parties

We use Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to send and receive WhatsApp messages. Meta processes messages on its systems only to deliver them and does not retain message content long-term; undelivered messages are typically removed within 30 days. Meta does not use these business conversations for advertising. For details, see Meta’s own privacy resources. Deleting your data from our CRM removes it from the records we control.
